So true! I was amazed at the video of myself running and what I picked up from watching others run. I need to go back and not only watch those videos more, but take new ones of me running!

Thanks for teaching me the value of this!

I love the quote in your post. I totally agree!! I switched to grass fed beef a while ago and I will never go back to grain fed beef again. If you ever need a suggestion on where to find grass fed beef, La Cense Beef is a great place. They are an approved USDA ranch located in Montana. I have always been completely satisfied with my orders and you can also order online and have it delivered to your home.

Hey! thank you for listing the seminar. Crossfit Boston is a sponsor of the event, but the seminar will be happening at the W downtown.

A dilemma I am currently struggling with is how to begin to measure the effects of training in dynamic conditions. A part of my research interest is in assessing the benefits of what you have just described, that is, training in a changing environment, forcing adaptations.

Because research demands controlling for variables, it becomes a seemingly impossible task to assess differences. For example, how can one compare a program of adaptability-training (where the movement patterns are, to some degree, impossible to predict or prescribe) against non-adaptable training?

Our interests challenge the restrictions of traditional research and study. Do you have any suggestions for overcoming this difficulty? I am not sure I am wording this well; I hope it makes sense. Perhaps you can help me phrase the dilemma in a more concrete manner?
