The founder of Upstream Fitness, Drew is a former SGT in the 1st Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, US Army, with multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Formally educated in Exercise Science, his range of clients have varied from the military, olympians, collegiate athletic teams, clinical patients, sports rehab, and everyday working adults who want to test their boundaries. Drew’s passion lies in rediscovering our innate potential as human animals and to train as your life depends on it.

Evan Saint Clair
A crossfitter for the last 3 years, Evan is an experienced athlete whose diversified portfolio of sports ranges from snowboarding to triathlons, baseball, basketball and most of the ball-related sports in between. He owns two crossfit related businesses, one specializing in photography and the other in custom journals, and he helps his wife with her paleo-nutrition books. Evan believes there is untapped potential in everyone, and with the proper technique, instruction and motivation, anyone can aspire to greatness.

Stephanie’s passion for good health, nutrition, and fitness began at an early age with a sports centered youth. Pastimes and playfulness eventually took her to the collegiate level, competing in cross country and basketball. With a B.A. in business administration and finance, her true passion is health and wellness. Stephanie found herself drawn to understanding the complexity of society’s health dilemmas, researching way to prevent chronic degenerative diseases and promote healthy habits to begin improving life NOW. Using holistic lifestyle changes, movement, and living life with love and passion, Stephanie hopes to inspire others to take charge of their health and wellness. Her firm belief: each individual has the ability and power to create a vibrantly healthy life, fulfilling our natural birthright.

Co-founder of Upstream Fitness, Chris brings abackground in business and financial expertise to the organization. With experienceat several large investment firms, including Lehman Brothers, UBS, and GE Capital, Chris’ hunger for adventure and fitness has taken him to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa, the surf of Central America, and the Canadian Rockies to ski. He’s an avid barefoot runner and trains to the Upstream philosophy. Chris’ passion is to build a business that has a positive impact on the lives of those it serves.
